Many of the advantages of using roof trusses also hold true for using pre-fabricated wall panels.  Factory quality control, ensured structural integrity, little or no site wastage and most importantly speed of site assembly all make pre-fabricated wall panels an attractive option.

Wall panels are designed using the same proprietary software that we use to design roof and floor trusses.  This ensures that any roof and floor loads supported with the wall panels have properly sized headers, lintels and load transfer studs.

Wall panels are fabricated in our assembly shop in Leduc, Alberta in warm/dry conditions using automated production equipment.  Snow, rain or high winds do not effect the production schedule.

Ultimately, pre-fabricated wall panels speed up construction, lead to earlier occupancy dates and save on financing costs.
