Jager Building Systems Inc. is an international company with it’s head office and manufacturing facility located in Calgary, Alberta with a regional design and distribution center in Edmonton. Jager is owned by the multi national Quebec Tembec conglomerate. Leduc Truss has been an authorized Jager Building Systems distributor since 1994 and markets Jager’s ‘Super I-Joist’ flooring systems and engineered beams. The ‘Super I-Joists’ are engineered structural joists widely recognized as one of the industry’s most innovative solutions to floor framing requirements. These joists are pre-fabricated, lightweight and designed to significantly reduce job site labor and materials while providing floor systems that are rigid and uniform. Engineered beams and joists typically out span dimensional framing resulting in fewer beams, columns and bearing walls allowing for much more flexibility of building design.
