The component saws are fully automated.  It is the responsibility of the component sawyer to ensure that all angles and lengths of lumber cut are within tolerance.  The component sawyer works closely with the stacker to ensure quality, proper stacking and productivity are maintained.

There are two fully automated pull saws that set all the angles and lengths of lumber to be cut.  The pull saw sawyer is responsible for quality, proper stacking and productivity as they supply both the lay-up table and building tables with material.
